The best thing you can do for your furnace and central air system is to schedule a regular maintenance. Humphrey Heating and Air offers a great Service Agreement for home owners. As a Service Agreement Customer you receive 2 checkups per year on your HVAC equipment.  The Spring checkup covers the air conditioning side of the system and the Fall checkup covers the heating side. This maintenance is a proven way to reduce costly repairs.

The cost for this is 195.00 per year which is due in full on the first visit.
You pay nothing on the second visit.

Cooling SystemCheck thermostat operation

Heating System
Check thermostat operation
Clean or change standard filter

Check burners & heat exchanger
Light cleaning of burner compartment
Adjust burners for optimum fuel efficiency
Check motors for proper amperage
Inspect all furnace wiring
Check all limit and safety controls
Light cleaning of blower compartment

Humidifier maintenance
Humidifier pads should be changed at the start of every season. The inside of your humidifier and the drainage tubes should also be cleaned yearly. Add this to your service agreement for $49.00.

Air Cleaner maintenance
Many of our customers have air cleaners with filters that are hard to find. These filters are typically 4 to 6 inches thick and should be changed twice a year. Add this to your service agreement for $49.00
